EDUCATION IS THE SOLUTION 📚. I'd love to extend my gratitude to the PEACE EDUCATION PROGRAM (PEP) hosted by the City of Johannesburg alongside the Global Peace Ambassador for inviting us to their outstanding initiative to end violence in Africa and restore the peace. 🤲🏾 We recognize that a prosperous, integrated and united Africa, based on good governance, democracy, social inclusion and respect for human rights, justice and the rule of law are the necessary pre-conditions for a peaceful and conflict-free continent 🌍. Mechanisms for prevention and resolution of conflicts must be functional at all levels. As a first step, dialogue-centred conflict prevention and resolution must be actively promoted in such a way that by 2030 all guns must be silent. A culture of peace and tolerance must be nurtured in Africa’s children and youth through peace education. 📚💡 Africa must be a peaceful and secure continent, with harmony among communities starting at grassroots level. The management of our diversity will be a source of wealth, harmony and social and economic transformation rather than a source of conflict. ❤ WE WILL TRANSFORM AFRICA ✊🏾 WANT TO TALK ME? ☎️ Text me on WhatsApp +27 78 970 4913 | Email ceo@bizleadershipfirm.co.za | Call +27 69 939 0922 | Google Search + LinkedIn 📲: Kutlwano Christian-Tripp Moloi | Messages replied within 24Hrs

Cause of low quality education in Africa Low levels of quality education in Africa are attributed by; 1. Inadequate Funding : Insufficient financial resources can lead to poor facilities, outdated materials, and inadequate teacher salaries. 2.Ineffective Teaching Methods: Lack of training or outdated teaching methods can result in less engaging and effective instruction. 3. Large Class Sizes: Overcrowded classrooms can reduce individual attention and support for students. 4. Curriculum Issues: Outdated or poorly designed curricula may not meet students' needs or prepare them for future challenges. 5. Socioeconomic Factors: Students from disadvantaged backgrounds may face additional challenges that impact their educational outcomes. 6. Lack of Access: Limited access to quality educational resources, technology, and extracurricular opportunities can hinder learning. 7. Administrative Challenges: Poor management and lack of effective leadership can negatively impact the quality of education. Addressing these requires a detailed approach including and not limited to investment, policy changes, and community involvement. #moulding4workclass2024 #moulding4workchallange2024 #moulding4work #Globalyouthforum Global Youth Forum Kevin Okello Kirsty Shakespeare Omondi Peter Gilbert Koech Kevin Shivega Ventrick Khayasi Oghenemine Uloho Paul Mwangi Paul Binali Yvonne Auma
