Without this, Fair Mindedness and Ethical Reasoning is only an illusion that will do nothing but accelerate self-destruction. Critical thinking methodologies are not part of the university technical or business curricula. Instead it is left to business to address which to most goes unrecognized. CT should not only be a prioritized training and development need but also a recognized component of business risk.
