We are definitely living in Gartner's "Peak of Inflated Expectations" with AI right now. I've been testing a ton of AI tools and, as someone who's used WordPress for 15 years, I'm very excited about the potential for site creation/design using AI. WordPress is a great place for that because of the consistent underlying platform. I tried out Spectra's Zip-AI (part of my new AI blog, coming soon!). It felt like the site sections were the same, regardless of what prompts/images you fed it. I can see some potential there, but it feels like you need an Agentic workflow that can create an overarching design and then create sections using previous sections and the design as context. We are probably looking beyond LLMs for this use case but we will see.
