These leases can be classified into light, medium, or dark green, based on the extent and enforceability of the environmental commitments. Fantastic to see four of our Sweco projects appear as case studies in City of London Corporation's Planning for Sustainability consultation draft this morning, featuring: - 2 Aldermanbury Square with GPE - The Dovetail Building (115-123 Houndsditch) with Brockton Everlast - One Exchange Square with LaSalle Investment Management and M3 Consulting - 85 Gracechurch Street We are providing whole life carbon and sustainability services across all of these fantastic projects. Navigating the change in approach WRT planning expectations in relation to the move towards prioritising retrofit across London has not been easy in the last few years, with often significant disparity in industry application of guidance and inconsistency in delivered results. It has been interesting to observe the changes as methodologies settle and develop and we strive to bring these kind of decisions back to project 'Day 1' to ensure we make the right choices for our existing buildings while balancing the urgent needs of 'now' and the future.
