All things Healthcare Staffing

Big changes are on the horizon! Starting October 1, Ohio is set to adopt the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), with an enhanced focus on respiratory care in skilled nursing facilities. This new model emphasizes patient conditions and care needs, underscoring the importance of precise documentation and superior care delivery. Steven Schabes and I will be attending the OHCA conference on May 14-15, and we’re eager to discuss how Sigma Health Rehab specialized Respiratory Program can support facilities in adapting to these standards. We look forward to exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance care under PDPM. Let’s connect at the conference to see how we can work together to navigate these changes successfully. #HealthcareReform #PDPM #RespiratoryCare #ValueBasedCare #Medicare #SkilledNursing #OHCA2024
