(if anyone) * Why is AI so good at #discovery and how can you build media businesses and #brands around that ? * Should media companies licence their content as #trainingdata ? (Or do they in fact have any choice.) * How do AI workflow tools change the economics of production ? * Are media #jobs at risk ? Or could they grow ? 🫣 Wow! Is this really happening to me? I felt so jittery about speaking on stage at the Global International Women's Conference in Paris. I had to give myself a pep talk! What we feed our minds becomes our reality. I am quite self-critical, self-deprecating, undermining my abilities and it's taken me some time to realise my capabilities. I've discovered that I can excel at this. The audience enjoyed my speech, and once I started, my nerves dissipated. My focus was on advocating for the voiceless women and girls I work with, which fueled my confidence. So, my message today is: don't talk yourself out of it. Convince yourself that you're capable, repeating it until you truly believe it. Just observe what unfolds when you do. 😍 Eliminate phrases like "I can't," "I'll try," "I should," or "I would but..." from your vocabulary. And, yes, this is me, and I can thrive on stage. It was truly a fantastic opportunity to connect with over 900 eye care professionals from across Asia and share our innovative solutions for clearer vision. Our booth was buzzing with energy, with 523 visitors coming by to experience the latest in astigmatism technology, hands-on demos of the Asig Digital Calculator, and an interactive ESD vs. Prism Ballast display—just a few of the exciting highlights! 🌟 💡 Key Takeaways: Dr. Shirley Loh’s session on Toric Contact Lenses provided valuable insights into how new designs and trends can help grow practices and improve patient care. Our interactive workshops with Dr. Loh and Dr. Ng Quan-Wei gave ECPs practical skills to optimize fitting for astigmatic patients using cutting-edge digital tools.
