I know next to nothing on Maternity Leave, but EVEN LESS on Maternity Return. It does occur to me though that we need to at least re-onboard maternity returnees, who cannot be expected to immediately 'hit the ground running' as if the past year or so didn't happen. Parenthood is life changing, especially for mothers - have we designed jobs that are responsive to these changes?
