I know next to nothing on Maternity Leave, but EVEN LESS on Maternity Return. It does occur to me though that we need to at least re-onboard maternity returnees, who cannot be expected to immediately 'hit the ground running' as if the past year or so didn't happen. Parenthood is life changing, especially for mothers - have we designed jobs that are responsive to these changes? Thinking about doing a Brainfood Live on this, as I'm not seeing this topic discussed much. Anyone have any thoughts on what an employer can do to improve maternity return experience?
