In a balanced market, we see about a 6 month supply of homes for sale – meaning supply and demand is about equal. Back in the 2008 financial crisis, that jumped way up to 13 because there were too many homes for sale across the country. And today, we have only a 4.2 month supply in the U.S. Our local market varies, some submarkets have more and some have less, ask us if you want details on a specific area.This shows we're not even back to normal – and we’re really far off from what happened in 2008. Property News Tsunami! Finally had some time to sit down and record my thoughts about property market. Honestly, property is much easier than stock market because it moves SLOWLY. 🐢 There is no intraday or swing trading for property. (I honestly don’t understand those property gurus that changes their mind about property every few weeks… I wonder what kind of research goes behind that 🤔) I just look at the transactions daily 👀. Once I identify the trend and develop the conviction. Then just stick to it! (unless something else major happens!) Yesterday, I sat down and recorded for 2 hours straight but it is too long so I break it up into a few videos! If you are a homeowner or buying a one, watch out for the videos!
