4️⃣ Today, as Volar Alta celebrates its 4th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on our journey—a journey of growth, resilience, and relentless pursuit of innovation. Each year has been a chapter of lessons in entrepreneurship and the courage to envision the future of Volar Alta. 🚀 Year 1 was about taking the leap of faith. With just an idea, belief(lot's of it) and a passion for making a difference, I embarked on this journey - learning on the job and embracing every challenge as an opportunity. 💔 Year 2 taught us the hard lesson of cutting our losses - be it business relationships or our own products. It was a period of introspection and realignment, understanding that agility is not just about speed but also about making informed decisions. 🤔 Year 3 was when we truly did a deep dive into the market and industry, connecting the dots between our capabilities and the needs of our customers. It was a year of building solid foundations and relationships that would define our path forward. 🌟 Year 4 has been about making significant decisions, transitioning from a services-based company to one that is product-oriented. This shift signifies not just our growth but our ambition to lead and transform the industry. ❤️ I am profoundly moved by the depth of support and belief in our mission from those closest to me. My family, and especially my husband Shreyas Alekar, who has been my rock, providing not just encouragement but also being a sounding board for countless ideas and decisions. To my mentors and incubators - your wisdom and guidance have been invaluable, shaping both me as well as the vision of Volar Alta. 💡 But our story wouldn't be complete without mentioning our pioneering customers. While I’ve been keeping a close eye on some recent copyright cases relating to AI (sadly, they are not looking good), I’m equally keeping an eye on the advancements of AI. Having camera control is a major step and will have dramatic impacts on the industry. I am curious which institutions are currently incorporating AI tools like this into curriculum or is it currently mainly Curious Refuge et al, who are teaching this?
