Here are excellent tips for creating a coaching culture. While all 4 skills are important, my personal favorite is “listen to understand.” This skill focuses on active listening, opening your mind, dropping your bias and judgment before responding. Be objective and hear a different perspective, what can you understand from the other person’s perspective.
