Lecturing is dead. Tell stories instead. 10X your impact as an educator: This weekend, I attended a TEDx event in Berlin Mitte. 10 speakers took the stage, but I only remember 3. Why just 3? They told transformative stories. No one remembers a 15-slide PowerPoint. Everyone remembers the story that moved them to act. Shoutout to Linus Stieldorf for organizing an incredible event and to Magdalena Skorupska for delivering an exceptional speech. Her story inspired me to check out 42 Berlin—where free coding education creates equality of opportunity. Stop lecturing. Start transforming. You’re one story away from changing lives.
