Wage & Hour Law: The Next Generation 👨💻 With Law360 already covering the move, now seems as good a time as any to make it official: I’ve transitioned my practice from Nixon Peabody to Rimon PC, a platform that fits where I believe wage and hour litigation must go—where technology and strategy combine to drive smarter outcomes for employers. And I hit the ground running (which I'm sure surprises none of you), publishing an important article with my new and quick-witted colleague, @Christopher J. Kelly, highlighting a rare and significant win for employers in PAGA Litigation. In Turrieta v. Lyft, Inc., the California Supreme Court ruled that PAGA plaintiffs cannot intervene in overlapping or follow-on lawsuits. This gives employers a real opportunity to resolve claims comprehensively—if the strategy is airtight. But as always, plaintiffs’ counsel is adapting. The takeaway? Precision and thoroughness in release drafting and settlement-paperwork matter. You can read the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/gRcQgfwq Plenty more to come, but for now: thank you to my clients, colleagues, family, and friends who’ve made this journey possible. Rimon Law is the ideal place to build on this work, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. Ever onward, with thanks. – RHP
