A small video of 2 air leaks competing with one another. If you adjust your dynamic range, kHz settings, sensitivity you can identify more than 1 leak on the display. The largest one will always try and saturate the other so it takes practice. Using focus mode can also help identify smaller leaks in close proximity by getting the bigger leak outside the focus area. #crysound #leakdetection #acousticimager

Last month, we discussed the difference between weapon-mounted lights concerning candela and lumens. One of the comments highlighted that it was only after seeing videos explaining the difference that the concept was truly understood. This is a video from Michael Levy, who is a Chief Instructor with Assault Dynamics and is both a great shooter and instructor. In the video, you can see how a light that emphasizes more lumen output has more spill but a less focused beam. Meanwhile, the light with a higher candela output has a much tighter/brighter beam that can penetrate farther than the other model.
