Have a look inside the Tera250vx Today I show you our granite structure. It moves the projector to print in a bigger print area in x/y. You don't need this in "normal" sized DLP 3d printing. If an A4 printing area is needed the projection would be enlarged compared to a micron level printer. But with a larger projection come less resolution. If you want to print on a micro level, you want to have as much precision as possible. Therefore we use a different method to get a bigger printing area. We print tiles next to each other in one layer by moving the projector. With this technology we have a build are of 50mm x 50mm in xy with a resolution of 3.8um on the Tera 250vx 3d printer. To have the most accuracy possible we use a granite structure to move the projector. When it comes to receipt, label, and ticket printing, the need for speed is paramount. Our FTP-639USL100 series 24V-driven thermal receipt printers meet that need, making them most appropriate for ATM, kiosk, and similar applications. Accommodating 3-inch-wide paper, the units feature our ultra-high-speed FTP-639MCL mechanism and control board. CUTTING AND PRINTING ALL THE WAY TO THE MATERIAL EDGE. Based on a highly efficient and very strong vacuum fixation technology, composites raw material can be fixed reliably/securely on the #GUNNAR #NOVEX AdvanTech cutting table.
