Workspace Group PLC reported its half-year results for the period ending 30 September 2024, highlighting continued growth in underlying income and dividends. Key financial highlights include: - Underlying net rental income increased by 4.3% to £60.2 million. - Trading profit after interest rose by 5.1% to £32.7 million. - Interim dividend per share grew by 4.4% to 9.4p. - Total portfolio valuation stood at £2,423 million, with a slight underlying reduction of 0.8%. Operationally, Workspace saw strong customer demand with 603 lettings completed, although like-for-like rent roll and occupancy experienced slight declines. The company also made progress in sustainability, completing its first net zero building, Leroy House, and achieving reductions in operational energy intensity and gas use. Overall, Workspace continues to leverage its scalable operating platform to drive growth and meet customer demand.
