As we approach 2025, I find myself reflecting on a journey that spans over 13 years. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and serving incredible people from all walks of life, primarily across the USA. Each person has brought a unique story, a vision, and a dream to our conversations—and it’s been my honor to play a part in helping them achieve it. 2024 marked a significant turning point for me. I had the opportunity to join UniquEra Clinic Istanbul a project built on a shared commitment to excellence and transformation. Under the leadership of Hazem Altal our medical team has provided care to thousands of patients, changing lives in ways that go far beyond the physical. Each patient reminds me why I entered this field: the profound impact we can have on someone’s confidence, outlook, and quality of life. As we move into 2025, I carry these experiences forward with gratitude and purpose. Upon winning the 1st Place in Innovation at the SensUs Student Competition in Eindhoven, Netherlands, it was an honor to share a few words on behalf of my team, GLAsense team. Alinker research in collaboration wit #Stanford - initial findings this may shock you... From the 70 interviews, nearly all the Alinker users are saving thousands and often tens of thousands of $$ on medical and personal care expenses they no longer have. We need to change the way we look at our own health and take back control, by eating real (unprocessed) food, and moving so our bodies can be the self healing organisms they are, but it needs the right fuel. The medical world, including the food and pharma industries are thriving when we are consumers of their products, in other words, they are not interested in us being healthy and happy. We are used and conditioned to look for comfort, for quick fixes instead of putting in effort and getting the rewards from it. With this study, we now have evidence that the return on investment is huge when we are willing to move through discomfort. Often we hear from people that they cannot afford an #Alinker, and we can help bridge that initial hurdle, we do understand that the initial investment can be a hurdle.    BUT...   From interviewing 70 people and the initial results of the extended study in collaboration with Stanford, you might want to rethink what you can really not afford. Losing your mobility, independence, being on a downward spiral with increased medications and need for support.  Please have a look at the video, and consider the trajectory you (or close ones) might be on right now, and how you can change it.    ALSO...   We hear often that people say, 'that seat looks uncomfortable', and yes it takes some time for your body to adjust to a new way of moving.   YET...   I am thinking, isn't it more uncomfortable to loose your mobility and be in the downward spiral of not being able to move, be more dependent on medication and get isolated?    We are so used and conditioned to look for comfort, for quick fixes instead of putting in effort and getting the rewards from it.
