Here's a simple way to turn an email list of lurkers into an email list of buyers with stuff you already have: → Plan out a path that helps people achieve 1 goal, and then break it down into several offers. Quick Example: Start with a 1:1 Coaching program that helps your client achieve their goal over 6 months. Then split it into 6 interlinked low-ticket offers, like workshops or ebooks, that help people achieve the same goal. Focus on selling a different one each month, and upsell to your main 1:1 Coaching program. Better yet, by organising them in such a way that each new offer you introduce is the next "piece of the puzzle," people are encouraged to keep buying your next thing. That's how you create consistent revenue. Finally, throw it all into an Evergreen Email Funnel, and you have a controlled environment that feeds offers & upsells in the optimal order — To everyone who joins your list. Talk about efficiency.

Coaches & course creators, I hate to break this to you, but your email list is lying to you. It's Dec 23rd. Just 8 days before you sign off for 2024. And you have to know some truths that would help you hit your coaching goals in 2025 and beyond. Here are the 3 truths about lead conversions you don't know: 📌 More leads ≠ more sales. Most subscribers won’t ever buy from you. And it doesn't matter if you have tens of thousands of subscribers,... But lead conversions don’t come from numbers but from the quality of the leads… And the right strategies. 📌 Engagement doesn’t guarantee conversion. Opens and replies don’t always mean they're ready to buy. So your high opens and engagements metrics don't always matter. Although these metrics bring them closer to the edge of the cliff…. It doesn't automatically guarantee that they'll buy. Except if you carefully tip them over with the right sales closing tactics. 📌 Your copy might be too complicated. Your subscribers won't tell you if your message is too complicated They'll simply stop reading and engaging. And you'll keep wondering why your metrics are so poor.
