Almost daily we all hear about "experience" "Immersive experience" "the ultimate experience" in the leisure world. The render i am posting is of course a provocation, however, many of us in the industry have been flying a lot (even more before the pandemic). Meeting clients, visiting parks and projects, not to mentions #Iaapa #iaapi, #dealdubai and ultimately #seasaudiexpo The concept and perception of a "flying experience" has also been evolving over time, with #emirates being always a leader and innovator. Approx 10 years ago I vividly remember my first A380 flight on the Dubai - Jeddah (DXB - JED) sector on business class. A giant plane used for a short sector. That was already #innovation by #ek The experience of having a coffee at the bar positioned on the first floor on the back of the plane was amazing. Over the years, this became "kind of" normal and no longer so impressive. For Airlines it's very challenging to keep innovating as factors such as space to play with are of course limited. Leading players such as #emirates have been leveraging on other factors such as on-ground services, and for a long time. To be innovators & leaders, having the latest plane model is certainly no longer enough.
