According to interviews with 600 millionaires, there are apparently three high-performance factors. I read about them in the book *Double Millionaire* by my hypnosis and NLP teacher, Marc Galal. These factors are: 1. Reading a book every day. 2. Sport a few times a week. 3. Practicing relaxation every day, such as meditation, yoga, or other mental exercises that open and relax the mind. From my experience, I know that meditation is the most important practice in life. There is nothing more crucial than training our minds to be present, without getting caught up in every thought and emotion. Joy, power, wisdom, love, and courage—all arise from a well-trained mind. High performance alone is not enough; joyful high performance is much better. A happy mind leads to a happy life. I meditate almost every day for more then 20 years at least short meditation, and I know it's not always easy to find the time and motivation, but at the end of the day, we are always left with our own mind, wherever we go and slowly slowly we become less dependent on our emotions, other people or conditions. We have more distance to what is happening and more joy whatever is happening.
