How to Learn to Stand Up for Yourself 1. Acknowledge Your Responsibility: Recognize that this is your journey. Waiting for someone to rescue you won’t bring the change you need. The true breakthrough begins when you see yourself as your own hero, capable of breaking free from whatever’s holding you back. 2. Find Allies and Support: Seek out resources and connections that help you grow—this could be through therapy, reading, spiritual practices, or a supportive community that empowers you. 3. Commit to Growth: Engage in consistent, honest work on yourself. Progress comes from ongoing self-reflection and action, even when it's uncomfortable. 4. Embrace Change: As you grow in self-respect, relationships that thrived on your self-doubt may feel strained. Stay committed to your self-worth, even if it challenges these connections. Overcoming this resistance is key to standing strong for yourself.

Pain as a Catalyst for Change . We've often been taught to avoid pain and seek pleasure. From a young age, we're conditioned to believe that discomfort is something to be avoided at all costs. But what if pain isn't always a negative force? What if it can actually be a catalyst for positive change? . Consider the fear of public speaking. For many, the thought of standing in front of a crowd and addressing them can be terrifying. But it's precisely this fear that can motivate us to overcome our anxieties and develop valuable communication skills. . Similarly, the fear of failure can drive us to work harder and strive for excellence. When we're afraid of disappointing ourselves or others, we're more likely to put in the effort required to succeed. . So, what are you most afraid of? What pains might be holding you back from reaching your full potential? Instead of running away from these fears, we should embrace them as opportunities for growth. By facing our fears head-on, we can develop resilience, courage, and a stronger sense of self-belief. . Remember, change doesn't always come easy. It often requires us to step outside of our comfort zones and confront our fears. But the rewards can be immense. Change is difficult. It requires real effort and desire. Becoming better as an individual is not easy. Please keep in mind that change is a process with ups and downs. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳  Will make you feel broke, when it’s actually making you rich. 𝟰. 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀  Will make you feel terrified, when it’s actually making you braver. Don't hold yourself back. Take action. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. 

Don't let what consumes you control you. Take charge of your life. 1 . Identify Triggers: Recognize what consumes your thoughts and energy. 2 . Set Boundaries: Limit exposure to negative influences. 3 . Prioritize Self-Care: Invest time in activities that recharge you. 4 . Seek Support: Surround yourself with positive influences and seek professional help if needed. 5 . Focus on Goals: Keep your long-term objectives in sight to stay motivated and grounded.

I received this compliment today from a friend/former client & it is a true reflection of my work. Yesterday I was chatting with Kristina Murphy & Michaela Pay who also do the same with their work & we were really annoyed with the way the coaching/spiritual industry is currently: 1. Being portrayed 2. Serving people There are actually MORE coaches, healers & service providers that ARE DOING AMAZING WORK. We don’t scam people & truly care about facilitating transformation. But a majority of you DON’T want to work with us. Why? Because we don’t tell you it’s so easy to heal. We tell you how dark it can get & how hard it actually is to create radical acceptance & change. We don’t have flashy lifestyles & we sometimes live in chaos. We challenge you to step into your next level instead of hand hold you in your safe space. We are often labeled as “blunt,” “scary,” or “radical.” In reality, we’re just TRUTHSEEKERS. Our frustration? People expecting us to be the way every one else is. We can’t because we drink our own medicine. We share our deep dark secrets. We honor ourselves before we ask for your payment. We carefully & intuitively price our programs according to Divine Will. We don’t sell you some bullshit. We overvalue & undercharge predominantly because YOU don’t trust people after being scammed by others promoting smoke & mirrors. So we know that our job is to actually facilitate your transformation no matter the cost. When it comes down to it, we have Faith that we will be provided for & we always are. But, we’re being called to step up. We no longer can pick up the pieces of other people’s inability to complete their jobs. If you want to change your life, you’re gonna have to pay, work & pray for it. We’re no longer being “affordable.” We’ve been called to the front of the line. If you can’t handle it, find someone that aligns to you. If you want to make everlasting change & you’re sick of your own bullshit, let’s connect.

When the ground is shaking, When around you, close people are making decisions you will never make, When you feel the pain of others for wrongdoing or unfairness, When it feels like you can't change the situation, Pause Reconnect with the core of who you are: Remind yourself of your strengths, Remind yourself of your core values, Remind yourself of your purpose (your why) in this life, Then, go on to do what you can, reminded of who you are. In a new way. You will surprise yourself with how resourceful you can be. You have enough to impact and create a ripple effect YOUR WAY to the people surrounding you and remove the pain. Always!
