Their initiative, a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based bug ticket fixer, aims to streamline and improve the bug resolution process. Here's how it works:   ·      For example, the user reports a problem with a mobile app. ·      The system retrieves and organizes the provided information. ·      If crucial details are missing, the system generates potential fixes or suggestions. ·      The user is asked to confirm the information and update any missing details if necessary. ·      The long-term goal is to provide developers with all the relevant information they need to resolve a bug ticket, along with suggestions based on previous tickets, thereby saving time and effort in the bug-fixing process.   We are excited to see how Team 2's project unfolds. Recently, we faced a situation at Cyrano Video when a customer got stuck uploading a video.
