Don’t break your child just because your unhealed parents broke you. They didn't ask to be here, but they have every right to be loved, nurtured and validated by you.... the parent. Every occurrence of unnecessary drama, unwarranted critique, and undeserved blame fuels the very chaos you eliminate. Be better for them. #generationalcycles #generationalcurses #generationaltrauma #traumaticexperiences #childhoodtrauma #traumatriggers #toxicparents #toxicparenting #breakthecycle #cyclebreakers #healthyparenting #parentinghacks #bebetter #dobetter #cyclebreakers

Is this your first child? Innocent question. Heartbreaking answer. Before my son was born, I was asked this question often. You’d expect a simple answer. Yes or No. But it's the hardest question you could ask. We lost our daughter to a miscarriage in 2021. So how should I answer: Yes? No? Maybe? I wanted to answer “No!” Our baby girl, Finn, was real. But I usually avoided the awkwardness. Answering: “Yes. This is our first child.“ You can help. Ask better questions. Instead of: “Is this your first child?” I wish I’d been asked: - What are you most excited about? - How are you getting ready for the new arrival? - What are your hopes for the future? Open, forward-looking questions, that start a great conversation. The reason this is on my mind…. 🕯️Last night was the “Wave of Light” to wrap up Baby Loss Awareness Week. And because due the work of Zoe Clark-Coates MBE (BCAh) and others, we can get a baby loss certificate. A small piece of paper with a big meaning. #babyloss #parenting #grief #waveoflight #mentalhealth #dads

Did you know that it’s normal for babies to go through a phase called PURPLE crying? It can be tough, but here’s what you need to know: 💜 Peak of crying: Your baby may cry more each week, peaking around 2 months, and lessening around 3-5 months. 💜 Unexpected: Crying may come and go with no apparent reason. 💜 Resists soothing: Your baby might not calm down no matter what you try. 💜 Pain-like face: Even if they seem in pain, they might not actually be. 💜 Long-lasting: Crying can last 5 hours or more each day. 💜 Evening: Your baby may cry more in the late afternoon or evening. Remember, this phase is temporary. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay to step away for a moment. Reach out for support—you’re not alone in this! 💕 #ParentingTips #PurpleCrying #InfantCare #NewbornLife #YouGotThis

👉#Follow_Akash_Khan There are certain things in life that only a mother can do, and no one else can replicate them in quite the same way. A mother has an innate ability to understand her child’s needs before they even speak. She anticipates the smallest discomforts, soothes fears, and provides comfort in a way that feels irreplaceable. Her touch, gentle and reassuring, has a calming effect that no one else can match. Whether it’s the simple act of running her fingers through her child’s hair or holding them close, these gestures are filled with love, protection, and care.Only a mother can provide the unique sense of security that makes a child feel truly safe. This bond starts from the womb, deepening with every sleepless night and every moment of worry she endures for the well-being of her child. She teaches selflessness by example, often putting her child's needs above her own without expecting anything in return.Mothers also possess a remarkable resilience. No matter how tired or overwhelmed they may be, they find the strength to offer unconditional love and support. Whether it’s nursing a sick child, solving endless problems, or simply being there when no one else is, mothers are irreplaceable pillars of emotional and physical strength. In a way that only she can, a mother builds the foundation of her child’s world, one filled with love, compassion, and nurturing that lasts a lifetime. #OnlyAMotherCan #MothersLove #UnconditionalLove #MotherhoodMagic #MomStrength #MomKnowsBest #MaternalLove #MomLife #MotherlyCare #IrreplaceableMom #MotherChildBond #HeartOfAMother #MomentsWithMom #MotherhoodJourney #ForeverLoved
