Did you know that mental health is a spectrum? Often we wait until we are in crisis to seek support. We don’t see the signs or recognize that our bodies are speaking to us. Then all of a sudden we can’t sleep, we find ourselves doom scrolling and having outbursts at our loved ones. Little do we realize that we are struggling.
