October Team Connect: Fun, Food, and New Faces! What a day! Our October Team Connect at SkyLift Marketing was a blast. Here's what went down: - Game time: We kicked things off with some fun games to get everyone laughing and bonding. - Creative intros: We found a cool new way to introduce ourselves no boring "My name is..." here! - Lunch break: Nothing brings people together like good food. We enjoyed a delicious meal and a great conversation. - Meet the newbies: We welcomed our new team members in style. Each department got to show off what they do best. - Mix and mingle: Everyone had a chance to chat and get to know each other better. If you're hiring an agency... Your main touch point needs to be someone who is actually getting their hands dirty with the service Talking to a dedicated Account Manager about your account who just regurgitates dot points from the actual operators is inefficient You get subpar info, and it takes twice as long to move the needle. Just an added layer of friction. When you're scoping an agency it's always a good idea to ask who your main touch point will be. Make sure this person has boots on the ground experience and is actually dealing with the operation of your account regularly
