2wNo knock on Jeremy Zollhas because I wouldn't know him from Adam, but this is the most predictable "our company is for sale" corporate move possible. Promote internally without looking outside the org because it will save you 30-50% labor costs. Then wrap those savings in a bow for the P&L as they shop the team. FFS, can you guys PLEASE give us one final wish and put leadership in place and spend money on a real SP? One last act, as you cashout.
