The Nizza Paradise Residence #project was born from a detailed analysis of the site, considering land contours, axes, views, natural context and movement flows. This #analysis inspired a similarity between the contours of the land and the sinuous silhouette. Architecturally, this image is translated into a #volume shaded upwards by terraces, resulting in a harmony with the surrounding context: the site itself draws the #architecture. The building is oriented towards three focal points: the lake, the city and the forest, enhancing the landscape perspectives and the flow of light and people. Spaces flow from #public to #private, integrating everyday life with the surrounding nature. Distinctive elements such as the main entrance, the green wall and the natural spa reinforce the building's identity. Natural materials and light effects emphasise the link between design and nature at different scales, creating a harmony between landscape, architecture and interior design. We've elevated the appeal of this house by adding strategically placed windows on the second floor, flooding the interiors with abundant natural light and added architectural dimension. Not only does this enhance the ambiance, but it also creates a sense of spaciousness and connectivity with the outdoors that are complimented by the cedar shake roof and neutral tone of the siding. The villa is located in Kordan. The primary question driving this project was how to position the villa's mass on the sloped terrain. Additionally, the spatial diagram of the villa sought to engage in a dialogue with Adolf Loos and the concept of "Raumplan" to achieve a new typology of programmatic fluidity layered within the villa. Loos, in his designs, avoided traditional flat plans and instead defined spaces three-dimensionally across varying levels, leading to the creation of complex and dynamic interior spaces. In this project, various volumes positioned at different heights are interconnected by corridors and suspended bridges, symbolizing the dialogue with Loos' "Raumplan." Each of these volumes defines interior spaces in a way that introduces dive into the design. The use of simple, natural materials like raw concrete reflects the influence of Loos' minimalist architecture. This design not only focuses on visual aesthetics but also emphasizes the villa's interaction with Kordan's natural environment. Continuing this strategy, the villa touches the sloped ground, dedicating part of its public program to it. . @discarchitects @moeinnikaeen . https://lnkd.in/dr3MxKGt

Building on a Greek Island: A Dream for Architects Designing on a Greek island is more than just a project—it's about blending tradition, modernity, and nature. Imagine: the turquoise waters, rugged cliffs, and iconic Cycladic architecture. As an architect, this setting offers a chance to create structures that seamlessly integrate with the landscape, using local materials like limestone and maximizing natural light. Greek islands are synonymous with outdoor living, tranquility, and sustainability. Projects here are about open spaces, terraces with breathtaking views, and environmentally conscious design. It's where minimalist modernity meets ancient heritage—a balance of nature, luxury, and simplicity. #Architecture #GreekIslands #SustainableDesign #ModernLiving pikidee.com #marketing #communication #interiors #exteriors #design #greece

This villa showcases a groundbreaking approach to design, where the architectural form mirrors the precision and multifaceted nature of gemstones: 1. **Architectural Form**: The villa's diamond-inspired structures are a feat of design, offering a visually captivating aesthetic that plays with light and creates a distinct presence. 2. **Water Features**: The central pond reflects the villa's architecture, adding a layer of tranquility and doubling the visual impact of the diamond structures. 3. **Material Use**: The use of glass and what appears to be metallic framing complements the water features, reinforcing the gemstone concept. 4. **Integration with Nature**: Despite its modernity, the villa achieves harmony with its environment, with the reflective surfaces mirroring the sky and the surrounding landscape. 5. **Innovation and Execution**: The concept pushes the boundaries of traditional villa design, presenting a living space that is both an architectural marvel and a functional residence. This design is exemplary for its innovative use of form and reflection, creating not just a living space but a piece of habitable art.

Incorporating high-quality hardwood not only adds aesthetic appeal but can significantly increase property value. This photo illustrates the impact of selecting the right wood and finish for architectural features. The contrast between the dark-stained white oak stairs and the lighter natural wood balustrade exemplifies our bespoke approach, tailored to enhance our clients' unique spaces while ensuring longevity and sustainability. Look closely and you will see all the fine details that were carefully refinished and installed using time worn techniques and old-world craftsmanship within this new home. Our design approach was to create a house that would be true to the cultural and historic architectural traditions to the area in Connecticut. The interior spaces are traditional yet open, airy, and transparent while never compromising classical proportion and scale to the home. "Sleek lines and bold visions—this is modern living. #DesignInFocus" In architecture, a building's external design and aesthetic that emphasizes modern materials and styles is often referred to as a "contemporary style." Here is my most recent residential project, which achieves an appropriate equilibrium between the client's requirements and the newest trends in material and design to improve the building's appearance while meeting those needs. Several key elements that utilized in this project's external elevation involve the following: -clean, straight lines that highlight a minimalist style. -A blend of elements for visual appeal, such as glass, concrete, metal, and wood. -Unconventional forms and arrangements that produce lively profiles -Use of vibrant colors or distinctive textures to provide a façade that stands out. #architect #architecturaldesign #3dvisualization

The photos depict three distinct futuristic buildings design: The first group of buildings are characterized by a set of towering, white structures with curved, bone-like exteriors that intertwine. Each tower sports an exoskeleton with pronounced ribs and large glass windows that follow the structure's curvilinear form. Palms line the street, and a modern car drives by two pedestrians at the building's base. The second group of buildings have a series of undulating horizontal layers with a white façade. It features sweeping, wavelike balconies with greenery, resembling terraced gardens. The organic, flowing design is contrasted by the neat, glass-enclosed floors that offer unobstructed views of the surroundings. The setting is urban, with well-manicured roadside greenery and a clear sky above. The third group of buildings combines organic and geometric design elements, with a massive, hollow, inverted cone shape forming its core, enveloped by smooth, flowing white walls and interspersed greenery. The base is broad, supporting the narrow top, and the building is surrounded by more conventional skyscrapers, indicating a modern cityscape. Palm trees and lush plants add a natural touch to the scene, while vehicles move along the road in the foreground. #Generative_Artificial_Intelligence #designer #architect #architectureDesign #architecture #midjourneyarchitecture #midjourneyartwork #تصميم #تصميم_معماري #design

It is amazing to see one of our private villa projects come to life. There is so much that goes into creating an exceptional place to live, not only do we have to consider a buildings layout, we have to consider light, shadow, material, cooling. We design every building with the consideration of how it will interact with the sunrise and sunset, how the breeze will move across the site and through the building. We think about how artificial lights will enhance the facade and each room to create the perfect ambiance. Design is a process, and requires a depth of knowledge and experience! #architecture #luxury #interiordesign #realestate #realestatedevelopment #architecturelovers #luxurydesign #jamaica #design #construction #modernarchitecture #caribbean
