In terms of like calls to action and what we can definitely do in order to keep this conversation going, we mentioned it all before and for me, it's so important. Education and empowerment through education is key. I do believe that. We can affect so much change when people understand their menstrual health, when people understand what is not, what is abnormal, what is healthy. Yeah. And ways they can navigate through that. And then from this, as people start talking, we can actually start to dispel the stigma and the shame and taboo that is surrounding. Everything to do with menstruation, with reproductive health specifically for women and specifically for black women in the community. Yeah, absolutely. Because I work for the Endo Network Canada so we received funding from Health Canada sexual and Reproductive health SRH and we have a campaign called hashtag no endo. So the first thing of the endo is a bad period is not normal like just. As long as you know that, yeah, that having a period that is like causing you to miss school, causing you to miss work, again, heavy bleeding, that's not normal. That's not OK. So it's definitely time to seek support and seek help. We also have another campaign for Act on Endo. This is what we're calling in the government because that's where we need change actually, for policy level, Policy level. So we're calling on the federal government and the provincial. Territory counterparts to develop a national action plan for it, specifically for endometriosis.
