For us it's clearly it's absolutely top of our our retailers agendas. But this is a bit of a difficult one for us because we're across border carrier so we we have to put stuff on aeroplanes. And so, so ultimately we will be creating a carbon footprint. Those parcels do create a carbon footprint, but there's a number of things that that we do because we have a a moral and environmental responsibility. So by our exceptions process and by absolutely. Driving down the undesirables, we had one of our retailers that had a 10% undeliverable rate. They're undeliverable rate with us now is nought .35%. So we've made a really positive contribution to reducing their carbon footprint because we're not flying parcels around the world for them to just then have to come all the way back again as an undeliverable and then all the energy that also is going to use in reprocessing them back in. So that's part of what we're doing and then obviously ensuring that within our warehouse we're using energy from renewable sources. But there are some interesting final mile carriers that are doing great things. I mean somebody like Relay who are a fairly new entrants to the market, but but getting a lot of attention, they're doing they're doing great things in the UK. So their model moves away from the traditional hub and spoke network and it enables parcels to get much closer to the ultimate delivery point. So it helps retailers to support, support their sustainability goals, but it also gives a much better customer experience because parcels that would have been delivered in 2 days. Then getting delivered in next day, Yeah. So you would be Corp, we have to recertify every three years. And the the challenge with that is it's you can't just stand still with keep up. So you have to be continuously improving. And really what we want as a business is to be recertifying as a B Corp because of the work that we're doing rather than doing the work because of the fact that we want to recertify as of equal. And I think that's also really important as a business to be. Um, focusing and habit as part of your business agenda that, you know, ESG is really important and it's not just a tick box exercise from a fulfillment side of things, we've done some really great work over the last couple of years. So, yeah, as you mentioned from your conversation with dad, we reduced 25% of the plastic in our pouches. And what that actually allowed us to do was to increase our palatization by 42%, which was incredible. And there's, you know, a really allowed us to step change our B2B fulfillment in terms of the road miles that we taken off or the relative Rd. miles is a growing brand. And then really from like a a direct to consumer, the focus for us has been fine or mild improvements. So we partnered with a fulfillment company called Hive who do London green like electric deliveries and that's been. A success and I know that they're looking at expanding.

Beth - really interesting when you acknowledged the challenge of you being a cross border carrier and having to put things on planes so unfortunately it does hurt the Carbon Bank. It was just simple, honest and a transparent statement. But the true focus should be as you said on what one can do to make a difference. Love it!

LOGISTICS Innovation in sorting systems One of the biggest challenges that ecommerce has is the packaging of an almost unlimited number of package dimensions, many of them sometimes amorphous due to their content and packaging. This challenge are particularly evident in automatic sorting systems in preparation for geographic distribution and delivery to transportation.
