5moI am not a SWOT fan at all. (I'm a Porter fan since 1986.) Only Chris Fox was able to thread the needle enough to make a case for SWOT with CONDITIONS attached. Mihai Ionescu - we need a 4-letter acronym that is simple to say and implies strategic thinking (to contrast with SWOT's surface-level conversation).
