SERVICE-ON-DEMAND FOR STRATEGY Imagine an online system where you login and meet every week with your executive team members in Strategy workshops during the last months of the year. During each meeting, you go through one more logical step in a sequential approach to formulate or partially re-formulate your Strategy, and then build your next year's Strategic Plan, aligning it throughout the organization. Then, imagine that you meet for Strategy Review every month of the next year, at departmental and at company level, and decide which Corrective Actions are necessary and how the Strategy and the Strategic Plan should be addapted, based on identified root-cause invalid assumptions and hypotheses, as suggested by the system or identified through team decisions. WHAT SYSTEM WOULD DO THAT? A system that facilitates and guides you through the sequence of decisions, recording the assumptions and hypotheses employed in each step. A system that correlates all the components of your Strategy and Strategic Plan models. A system that employs LLM models through APIs to suggest relevant trends and fringe weak-signals that may facilitate your team's Strategic Analysis, for building a potential picture of the future. A system that invites a wider audience within your organization to participate in a gamified context by expressing their opinions on each hypothesis employed in formulating the Strategy and in desgning the Strategic Plan. A system that allows your team to review the initial formulation and design models drafts based on the feedback collected through organization-wide opinions. A review that would filter-out the potentially invalid assumptions and hypotheses before they are even used within the final Strategy or the Strategic Plan. A system that works as an Early Warning System, monitoring along Strategy's implementation timeline the external assumptions and hypotheses employed, triggering Strategy's addaptation whenever the external environment's evolutions don't go as you've anticipated. A system that employs an assisted-learning ML engine that is further trained through enforcement-learning to suggest root-cause invalid hypotheses responsible for the Strategy Execution outcomes whenever they don't fit your expectations. A system that allows external micro-consulting partners to oversee in real-time your sequential development or update of the Strategy and the design of the Strategic Plan, offering conceptual clarifications and methodological guidance where and when needed. What about that?
