I do not rinse and repeat and never will. What's happening out in the wild can provide inspiration. But your unique product, business model, and audience deserve a contextual solution at scale. As knowledge workers we can get lost in procrastination trying to make our setup as productive as possible. They’ll all give you roughly the same thing: a tool to work your mind with. Having said that, they still provide the foundation of your system and sometimes you’ll need to work out what works best with your flow. These are the tools I use as part of my daily knowledge management system: (ranked from most used to most recently adopted/new tools) ➡️ Notion - Miscellaneous: personal finance dashboards, cooking recipes and shared pages with others ➡️ Obsidian - Note taking, eisenhow matrix task management and ingestion target for source highlights (books, articles, podcasts etc via Readwise) ➡️ Readwise - Syncing kindle highlights and other media with my Obsidian vault ➡️ Arc - Best web browser for quick access to my most used links ➡️ HEY email/calendar - Simple and elegant email and calendar by Basecamp ➡️ Reader (by Readwise) - Target inbox for reading articles and watching youtube videos (save for later app) ➡️ Snipd - Podcast highlights and AI summarisation that sync with Readwise What’s your system like and what tools do you use? #productivity #pkm
