Dear friends in the tourism industry, I want to hear your rationale. According to the contract with a certain hotel, the accommodation rate for 2 adults is cheaper than for 1 adult + 1 child. This means a single parent travelling with a child will pay more for the same room type than two adults would. In what logic 2 adults are cheaper than 1+1? This is a rhetorical question; we are aware of the reasons. However, what are your thoughts on such pricing policies?
