I did some study in the book into the neurology of prayer. There's a one of the top 20 brain scientists in the world who's not even a Christian, was starting to do brain scans on people that were praying. They said 20 minutes a day for eight weeks can change your brain so much that it shows up on a brain scanner. And your anxiety and fear and worry are going down and your compassion and your graciousness and peace are going up and in your brain and it's trackable. This is true science. It's just awesome to think about.
