We’re thrilled to share an update on the advanced NeoSort A.I Technology, currently undergoing testing at ERS International. The results so far are not just promising—they’re groundbreaking: ✅ Molecular-Level Identification: NeoSort is achieving an impressive 99% accuracy in distinguishing plastics and other materials from various OEMs, even after being shredded and mixed. ✅ Viscosity Analysis: By analyzing the viscosity of recovered plastics, NeoSort assesses polymer integrity, enabling us to categorize materials by reusability and extrusion history. ✅ Manufacturer Identification: NeoSort's ability to analyze molecular and viscosity data allows us to pinpoint the original manufacturer of plastics. This paves the way for a closed-loop recycling process, returning high-quality materials directly to OEMs. 💡 Why This Matters: These innovations mean reduced reliance on virgin plastics, higher-quality material recovery, and a major step forward in creating a true circular economy for electronic waste. NeoSort is redefining what's possible in recycling, helping manufacturers achieve sustainability goals while driving efficiency. As testing continues, we’re fine-tuning NeoSort to enhance its accuracy and scalability—making this technology a global game-changer for recycling and sustainability. Stay tuned for more updates as we push the boundaries of what recycling technology can achieve! #Sustainability #EWasteRecycling #CircularEconomy #RecyclingInnovation #ERSInternational #NeoSortTechnology #ESG

Exciting progress! The team at NeoSort and ERS International has been testing NeoSort’s groundbreaking A.I. Technology, and the results are impressive to say the least. With almost 99% accuracy in identifying materials—even in mixed and shredded streams—the A.I. identifying technology is proving that true circularity is within reach. This innovation allows us to analyze materials at the molecular level, enabling cleaner material recovery and reducing reliance on virgin resources. For our current and future partners, this means smarter, more sustainable recycling solutions that can be applied across industries. Looking ahead, as we continue to scale and refine NeoSort’s capabilities, the growing database of material data will only enhance accuracy and efficiency. This will allow us to further optimize material recovery and create even more robust circular solutions on a global scale. The future is bright, and I’m excited about the continued impact this technology will have on driving sustainability. #Sustainability #CircularEconomy #Innovation #AITechnology #NeoSort #ERSInternational #ESG

🎤 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗮𝘀 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘄𝗲𝗻𝗵𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 '𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁' Recently, our CTO, Bas Nieuwenhuis, was one of the guest speakers at the sold-out Plastics Seminar organized by Polymer Science Park in the Makersfabriek Zwolle. Bas shared his insights on producing with regrind and how innovative dosing technologies can help us use recycled materials. He delved into the use of regrinds, biobased materials, and recyclate. Processing post-consumer recyclate presents significant challenges, such as inconsistent contamination and complex flow properties. Bas demonstrated how our advanced dosing technologies can overcome these obstacles and contribute to a more sustainable plastics industry. We are proud of Bas's contribution to the seminar and his dedication to closing the plastics loop. #circulareconomy #regrind #sustainability #seminar

🍶 ♻ Can you imagine new processes to #recycle plastics such as PET trays and multilayer #packaging? Together with experts from 12 other European partners, we have achieved it in the Enzycle project, coordinated by ITENE and funded by BBI JU and #Horizon2020 and whose last General Meeting took place this 📅 28th of May in our facilities. In the final event, the partners have explained that, by developing innovative solutions that use microbial enzymes to valorise and upgrade these fractions, transforming them into valuable resources, we have faced the important challenge of non-recyclable #plastic fractions. ⚗ First, enzymes with the potential to break down the plastics into their original components (monomers) were obtained, after which a further processing step was developed to recover and purify the necessary monomers before transforming them into new plastics. ➡ Finally, they were transformed into new materials, such as PET and polyurethane foam, products that can be used in various sectors, such as #packaging, #transport, construction and #textiles. 👉 Want to know more?
