One of the incredible things I love JobNimbus is our passion for our customers. Every month we have an event promptly named "Crew" that brings our customers from across the country together to learn industry best practices, how we can help them to improve business processes, integrate better with our services, and mindshare with one another. They are always a hit. We decided to stretch ourselves starting in 2024 and increase the cap on these events. Typically we see about 10-15 companies that attend with a cap at around 30 attendees. With "Super Crew" this is our second month with over 30 companies and more than doubling our attendance! It is a testament to how hungry our customers are for getting insight into our products and services. Not only is it great for them, but for our team as well. We are able to collect crucial on the ground feedback about all our features and iterate quick with customers as we have them here and actively engaged. Our brand champions are willing and eager to learn, give feedback, and feel involved in the building of our business. It's a healthy customer-client relationship that I am constantly amazed we are able to do at a company that continues to grow and scale.
