This important briefing was presented to the President in February, by the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. Dr. Georgianna Shea is chief technologist at FDD’s Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation (CCTI) and Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab (TCIL). She discusses the urgent need for US critical infrastructure to be resilient.
