Our Goshen office has teamed up with the Salvation Army and we have an Angel Tree in our waiting room! 🎄 🎁 Visit us today to donate! We are always so proud to be a part of our community and give back to those who support us, every day. The Salvation Army Angel Tree is a program designed to provide Christmas gifts to children and families in need. The initiative allows individuals and organizations to participate by adopting an "angel" (a child) and purchasing gifts based on their wishes and needs. How Does An Angel Tree Work? Typically, a community partner or local organization will set up an Angel Tree, where tags representing children are displayed with their ages, genders, and gift suggestions. Donors can then take a tag, purchase the gifts, and return them to the designated location for distribution. The program helps ensure that children and families experience the joy of the holiday season, even if they are facing financial hardships. Every time you walk out of a grocery store, you know and feel the crises we are all experiencing. In my last post, I told you how you can help Lazarus House Ministries; let me remind you why it is essential. In addition to providing supplemental groceries to 1,800 people each and every week, we also provide transitional housing to over 90 vulnerable family members, Each donation on Giving Tuesday contributes to the sustainable impact we create through services like: ✅ Shelter that provides safety and stability ✅ Food and Clothing that nourish both body and dignity ✅ Case Management that empowers individuals to break the cycle of poverty ✅ Access to Community Resources that foster independence and long-term success. Giving Tuesday allows us to extend the helping hand that so many of our Guests need to transform their lives. It's about meeting immediate needs and creating opportunities for long-term success.
