You have to find as a researcher the synergy between what's good for a company and what's good for the people who are using their products. I think also, just like companies really struggle, I think to understand who their audience even is. You have to be able to really prioritize and go both broad and deep to I think really. Give us a signal that's accurate and useful for people that's going to be good for potentially even like a couple of years. And so I think when it comes down to it, it's also the same thing with products and with a I like people don't engage unless there's trust. So I think exceed you need to have be and the right fit for a company and they have to be the right fit for you. And that's exactly what UX research does is like our role is to advocate for people so that things are built around them and that AI. People centric, that's sort of. The core of it, right? Because without that, ultimately long term things will fail.
