I had the privilege of attending Mentorship Day at the University of Nairobi, a collaboration between Africa Youth Leadership Forum Kenya and AIESEC UON Chapter. One of my biggest takeaways from @Kushtracey insights was the importance of self-reflection, What mindset do I have about myself?, Who influences my decisions? I also learnt that sometimes, standing out from the crowd and making independent choices is essential.
