Welcome back and happy New Year 2025 is here and we're kicking it off with big plans, bigger projects and a major announcement for the year ahead. Before we wrapped U last year, I mentioned that I had some really exciting news that I wanted to share with you and now I finally can. But before I do, I want to give you a little back story. Our business started with just two of us in a single car garage that you had to duck to get into. After a couple of years of grinding away in this space and covering all the neighbors, cars and sawdust, we finally made the move to our first workshop. A-350 square meter warehouse over in Tempe. I was ******** myself because we had now moved into a place where we had some serious overheads and the business was getting real. We moved in there with the collection of hand tools and a massive list of everything we needed to do to get this place up and running, one of which was building an awesome team. I didn't think we'd ever outgrow our first workshop. It felt like moving into an aircraft hanger. But four years later we did. Our team of nine were working on top of each other and there was just no more room to spare. So he made the decision to move. An 800 square metre workshop over in Alexandria, which is where we currently have our operations. And I'm sure by now you can see where I'm going with this at time in Alexandria has really been focused around creating the systems and processes to be able to increase efficiency and deliver amazing results for our clients. Our team has continued to grow as well as the volume and scale of all of our projects. So you've probably guessed by now 2024 hours Max out the capacity of our warehouse multiple times throughout the year. So my huge announcement is that. They're not. Constructions and Peacock Retail are gonna be moving to a brand new location in 2025. That's right, we're on the hunt to find a new home to take our business to the next level. Our teams grown, our ideas have expanded, and now we need to find a new place to match that ambition. This isn't just about a bigger space, though. This is about creating an environment where innovation thrives, where we can work smarter and faster, and where we can keep delivering the high-end craftsmanship that you expect from us. This year is gonna be a big one, and I can't wait to take you along. To the right, we're gearing up for some really exciting custom builds to push the boundaries of what was possible and to find new ways on how to bring your visions to life.
