[M.People Vol.2] Meet Serena Corti, Sales & Marketing Manager for Mobis Italy. She is the team leader for the Sales & Marketing Team where she supports the growth of #Hyundai and #Kia distributors and dealers in Italy. Serena has been working in Mobis for more than 11 years now. An exciting journey she started in 2013 as a Marketing Specialist, then she had the opportunity to start a new role as Key Account Manager. After some time she got promoted to coordinator of the KAM group to finally lead the Sales and Marketing team in Italy. In her current role she leads the sales planning and manages the assigned marketing budget by creating sales campaigns and promotions. Another key task of her role is managing the business relations with Hyundai Motors Italy and Kia Motors Italy. A challenging task that includes customer visit, price management and customer performance monitoring. What are the main challenges of your team? The main challenge is multi-tasking. We work in a very fast-paced environment and we have to deal multiple daily tasks and deadlines. It also makes the daily work fun since no day is the same: you could be writing a report, prepping for a meeting, and giving feedback all at once!  It is important to know what the priorities are and to be well organized in order to do not miss a thing and maintain a high-quality job execution. What project has been specially interesting during your 11 years at Mobis? One of the most interesting projects has been the implementation Automated Inventory Reordering System for Kia Dealers. We faced a lot of challenges with data flow in the beginning but after 10 years we can see all the effort we put in is paying off and we can be supporting our business partners in their growth. The great thing is we keep improving the project every year to achieve excellence. How do you envision “Future Mobility”? I visualize an ecosystem that will be more smart and environmentally friendly, in which AI will drive passenger cars and shared mobility solutions. I am really happy to be contributing to build Future Mobility in Mobis. What are your personal goals while working at Mobis? I believe what makes the daily job interesting is the possibility to feel part of a greater project, so my personal goal is to keep this commitment and spread it to the other members of the organization.
