How does one learn the ins and outs of our food system?!? 🤔 They bring on an advisor with over 40 years in the Biz!! 😮 Our business at Susgrainable truly transformed in late 2022 when we brought on Dave Eto as our Head Advisor!! 🙌🏼 He came our way having been a director/ board chair for over 15 years at one of my favorite BC organizations - BC Food & Beverage 🔥 This is but one of his many impressive accomplishments in the industry!! 🤯 It’s been a game changer having someone be able to validate and provide perspective on the incredible amount of knowledge myself and Clinton Bishop have needed to learn!! 🤪 I know he has been especially valuable for Clinton as we work towards getting our very own first upcycling facility off the ground 🙌🏼🔥 So much gratitude for all Dave brings to the table here at Susgrainable 🙏🏼 Now for the fun part: 🍪Fun Fact - Dave loves to road cycle and has always been a fan of a high fibre + high protein diet as it helps his performance on his rides. 🚴♂️ 🍪Favourite Susgrainable product: by far the chocolate chip - there’s no better colour and flavour than chocolate.
