Here's how to stay safe and strong: Swimming: Exposure to chlorine can cause dry, irritated skin. 🏊♂️ Solution: Rinse off thoroughly after swimming and use a water-based moisturiser. Running: Sprains, strains, joint pain, and arthritis are common. 🏃♀️ Solution: Warm up, wear supportive shoes, and gradually increase intensity. Weightlifting: Muscular pain can be a setback. 🏋️♂️ Solution: Ensure proper technique, start with lighter weights, and include rest days. Skateboarding: Broken bones are a risk. 🛹 Solution: Always wear protective gear and practice in safe environments. Boxing: A detached retina can be serious. 🥊 Solution: Use headgear, have regular eye check-ups, and seek immediate medical attention if you notice any vision changes.
