Thank you, thank you! Due to the drastic success of Part 1 of The Tiny Coffee Shop Strategy, I have to add Part 2. About 5 years later, when it was possible to buy my friend's coffee even in the center of Kyiv, she came from London for a short visit. So, we had a chance to discuss what she would like to add to Part 1, which was obviously straight to the point. So, here it is. 6. Leave space for nothing. There must be an empty corner, empty page, empty room that your customers can fill with their intentions, footprints, quotes. Then it will help you to find out what they want from you. 7. Make people learn from you. Then they will buy your product, adopt it at home, make it a part of their life, and increase the LTV dramatically. 8. Create rituals. Or adopt them. Monday double coffee to start the week, Sunday affogato for a happy ending. Takeaway cakes with predictions. 9. Constantly ask for reviews. The old marks do not work; you need freshmen to tell freshmen how good you are. 10. Look around. Be trendy. Start your day with the question 'What will be next?' and also question what is best to get rid off from the menu. Part 1 of The Tiny Coffee Shop Strategy is in the previous post. Enjoy.
