 why do you need a project quantity surveyor good day to my fellow professionals and my potential clients in the construction industry Most time people think there"s no need for hiring a quantity surveyor in you minor project, but its really bad if that"s your thinking's too. A quantity surveyor is needed in every project no matter how small the project maybe, if a quantity surveyor is not involved in a project its either the responsibilities of the quantity surveyor has been transferred to another professional during the course of executing the project, but truth be told, the responsibility of a quantity surveyor can not be over emphasis.  take your time to watch the video i attached to this article, take your time to understand the video i will explain what happen in the video in my next post.
