I came across a recent Harvard Business Review article that offered some valuable insights into the core skills required to guide organizations through successful transformation. In my work with leaders in healthcare and education, I’ve seen my fair share of success and pitfalls when implementing a transformation. The article notes a whopping 96% of transformation efforts face critical challenges called turning points—ranging from external shocks like inflation to operating model issues such as the need to change technology.
