What a ride at #SeamlessSaudiArabia! 😎 I had the privilege of moderating two panels and speaking at one session. This week, I will share my observations on each discussion. During my first day, I moderated a debate about human creativity and how innovative technologies can enhance or diminish it. The kick-off of the conversation was dedicated to comparing humans and machines: Does this artificial support help or hinder? My esteemed speakers shed light on how technology boosts creativity and keeps humans amid the process. 👏 Thanks for contributing, Mohamad Khaled, Reham Majdali, Hadeel Basheer, Hasan Al-Hashem, and Omar Almesbahi! Then, we dove into industry peculiarities: fintech (بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad, Riyad Bank ), hospitality (Hyatt), medicine (Specialized Medical Center Hospital), and automotive (MG Motors) industries. To summarize all case studies, the technology only works when it amplifies your brand's uniqueness and creates tangible values for your actual or potential customers (even small kids!). Whether AI, VR, or any new fun tech, the focus has to stay on authenticity, relying on brand values. ⚠You can personally use some techniques to amplify your creativity using AI. These include Promoting Divergent Thinking, Challenging Expertise Bias, Assisting in Idea Evaluation, and many more.
