Do you know what, all these stated views are very good, but assume that, we have qualitative Reasoner, we would have been the source of inspiration and educating the world. Most of the engrossed mental compositions are never listen to till molest ourselves and the nation in the international participation. All what are enlisted are what should be made our bedrock before hands, and that is what necessitate the re tutelage of our governance initiatives. I hope now that the expertrates in the global world have reiterated what the expertrates within were saying before hand, which the government turned their deaf ears to, it would be made a path to follow. But pathetically, the nature of structure that does not have database and technocratical make up might never find it too easy to accomplish such a goal..! Good words of administration which if adopted can make genuine impacts...!

If you were President, what would you do to change things in Nigeria? If I was President, I would; 1. Ramp up production of crude, this is to increase FX inflows and ensure refineries (public and private) work. 2. Drive agricultural production for exports. 3. Encourage Nigerians to export more goods and services. 4. Encourage Nigerians to consume more locally and demonstrate same thereby reducing pressure on FX. 5. Reduce cost of governance and encourage Nigerians to embrace austerity measures. 6. Tackle insecurity aggressively, use sentimental and moral approach to get international support. 7. Aggressively plug avenues of corruption. 8. Drive development in people-oriented sectors like; a. Transport infrastructure. b. Education. c. Health. d. Power. e. Agriculture 9. Drive federalism generally, but first in; a. Resource control. b. State security. c. Regional representation. 10. Be determined to spend 1 term if possible to selflessly change things.

The 18 pages New Nigeria governance structure/Constitution document will be the center of debate and discussion across Nigeria by pundits in the next couple of days/Months. This is something new and huge I am still trying to process. We may be reverting to regional system of government if this becomes a reality.

Governance is a deliberate effort by a chosen few in a geographical location to meet the needs of the masses. It is a collection of resources, manpower and strategic information for the development of a people. Is this applicable in Nigeria?

Reaction to the Nigerian Minister for National Planning Speech Fellow Nigerians, I believe that every sane citizen of the Republic will be glad to see our dear nation progress. It is possible for Nigeria to advance if all good plans made, could be put into action and not distorted by myopic propaganda or selfish attitudes of our political leaders, from the legislative to the executive arms. After the wasted expenditures on sociopolitical projects, I assume that President Tinibu must have paid the required sacrifice to satisfy some selfish ends. So, the cabals should please relax and let the President focus more on the real issues of national development. If this Nigeria goes into civil war or crisis, it will affect many African Nations. Hence, the likes of Senator Akpabio, should realize that the lives and welfare of Nigerian citizens who put them in power (if true), are very important as that of himself and the President. If the country revolts, I do not think Akpabio would stay in Nigeria more than ten minutes without finding his exit. Therefore, he must realize that Nigerians are the treasures of the nation. Thank you Mr. Minister of National Planning, Hon. Tony Elumelu for your gentle words. Since you have said it, so let it be done. We can do it.
Since the Buhari administration, I have been saying that we need to adapt the constructive partnership model to strengthen the relationship between the government and the private sector. If the government and the private sector work together in constructive partnership we will make a significant and lasting contribution to the economic growth and development of the country. The most important aspect is the IMPLEMENTATION as stated by Alhaji Aliko Dangote, the President of Dangote Industries Limited. The current economic situation calls for a compulsory period of constructive partnership between the government and the private sector. Hopefully, things will be done differently this time. 5ive Questions To Mr. President, Governor, Minister, MD/DG/ES, and Commissioners By Murtala Adogi Mohammed Ph.D. Nigerians are angry and hungry for results. It is crucial for our elected and appointed politicians to answer these critical questions after one year in office, as the timeline for delivering tangible outcomes is rapidly shrinking. With only three years left in their tenure, the urgency to demonstrate progress becomes paramount. The first 1.5 years of this remaining period must be dedicated to implementing strategic plans and achieving measurable outcomes. Moreover, the final 1.5 years of their tenure will inevitably be consumed by campaign and election preparations, leaving little room for substantial policy implementation. Therefore, it is crucial that our politicians utilize the current period efficiently to set a solid foundation for their initiatives. By addressing these questions now, our leaders can ensure that they are on track to deliver on their promises and leave a lasting positive impact on their constituencies. 1. Strategic Implementation Plan - Have you established a comprehensive Strategic/Sector Implementation Plan (SIP)? 2. Technical Team - Have you assembled a skilled Technical Team dedicated to executing the plan and achieving the desired outcomes? 3. Funding - Do you have adequate funds allocated to support the effective and efficient implementation of the plan? 4. Monitoring and Evaluation - Have you deployed a technical team to measure and monitor results through a well-designed dashboard? 5. Communication - Is there an evidence-based, results-driven media team in place to effectively communicate progress and outcomes to the public? - Murtala Adogi Mohammed PhD Founder/Executive Director System Strategy & Policy Lab Abuja, Nigeria
