Why Bi-Injection Molding Simulation? Bi-Injection Molding is one variant of multiple-component molding process. It is generally applied to two-colored plastics, such as automotive lamps, mobile casting, or toothbrush. In the process, two plastic materials are injected into one mold cavity via two independent gates. The plastic flows will meet in the cavity and result in a variety of configuration. The position of the border line can be defined through flow rate controls. Therefore, it is crucial to utilize Moldex3D in the verification and optimization of part/mold designs, process parameters, etc. Click below link to know What Can Moldex3D Do🎇🎇 https://lnkd.in/gX_UxG7Q #Moldex3D #cae #injectionmold #plasticsengineering #plastics #plasticmold #precisionmold #plasticmold #mouldmaking #plasticinjectionmoulding #injectionmould #moldmanufacturing #moldmaker #moldex3dprofessional #plasticsindustry #partdesign #moldingdefects #molding #moldmaking #plasticsengineering #plasticinjectionmolding #injectionmolding #simulation #simulationsoftware #Engineering #PlasticsEngineering #ProductDesign #MoldDesign #IndustrialDesign #MechanicalEngineering #ProcessEngineering

Give me an demonstration license and I could create an simulation of this where i will use minitab and linear regression to find an setting where these 2 Flow fronts meet at middle and create an straight line 😉 I miss doing cool stuff in moldex3d!
