Backyard Fun: Hit the Stick Warm-Up Game 🏐🥏 This warm-up game, 'Hit the Stick,' is inspired by backyard barbecues! Each player has a stick in front of them, anchored by a traffic cone. The goal is to hit the opponent's stick with a frisbee. Points are awarded based on how well you hit the stick and whether the opponent catches the frisbee. Hit the stick and the frisbee falls: 5 points Hit the stick and opponent catches: 3 points Miss the stick and opponent catches: 1 point Games last 90 seconds, and the player with the most points wins. Winners play winners, and losers play losers, with fun thermogenic activities like shuffling, crawling, or sprinting between rounds to keep heart rates up. It’s a fantastic way to get warm, stay engaged, and have a blast!
